I joined Cift thanks to Ms. Kahn Hikaru, who recommended me for a spot that opened up due to her overseas assignment.
Cift’s mission to “continue interacting with society while collaborating with governments and businesses” resonates deeply with me. Their community, supported by entities like the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyu Land Corporation, aligns with my values, making it a compelling opportunity.
The convenient locations were another deciding factor. The Shibuya Cast location is close to my home, and the Harumi location is near my parents’ house.
For these reasons, I’m excited to contribute to my local community and grow personally through my involvement with Cift. I firmly believe that by creating new value, I can achieve personal growth while making a meaningful contribution to society.
